At St. Michael’s All Airborne Chapter, our mission is simple but powerful: to stand by our paratroopers and their families when they need it most. Whether it’s a wounded warrior, a disabled veteran, someone transitioning to civilian life, or a paratrooper who is homeless or jobless—we’ve got their six.

 

How We Help

We believe in action, not just words. Our chapter steps up for paratrooper veterans and their families by providing:

• Financial Assistance – From emergency help with bills to critical needs like housing and transportation.

• Veterans Administration Support – Helping navigate VA benefits, appeals, and resources.

• Grief Counseling – Because no one should face loss or struggle alone.

• Community & Morale Programs – Teaching disabled vets how to fly fish, taking them on motorcycle rides, and organizing events that lift spirits and rebuild confidence.

 

Our Chapter also responds to unique needs as they arise, always with the input and approval of our membership.

Real Stories of Impact

Your support has helped us accomplish amazing things:

​

• Provided Thanksgiving meals for over 500 junior enlisted paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne and their families, partnering with other Chapters to make it happen.

• Supported a fellow paratrooper battling severe depression by funding counseling.

• Helped a 100% disabled veteran keep his vehicle after the VA mistakenly cut his benefits.

• Adopted two platoons of the 3rd/73rd, 82nd Airborne Division, sending care packages to Afghanistan.

• Assisted a disabled paratrooper with severe medical issues by coordinating hospitalization, transportation, meals, clothing, and other critical needs.
